I love this! So much graffiti is cynical, sad, needy or just idiotic.
This makes me smile and i wish I could go by it every day!

I believe that this is by "Banksy" a very well-known stencil/graffiti artist. I am particularly fond of this one --- we just don't listen to each other enough. How often are you just composing what you are going to say next?
